The Ok Tedi Development Foundation (OTDF) is the legal entity that manages community development benefits from Ok Tedi Mine operations on behalf of the people of the 157 Community Mine Continuation Agreement (CMCA) villages.  OTDF is a safe, professional and innovative organisation that delivers projects to communities through a unique partnership between mining, the people and the government.  OTDF is mandated to ensure wise and sustainable use of the wealth created from mining operations for the betterment of future generations of Western Province.
